Analyst, Investment - Private Equity Real Estate - (Charleston) in Charleston, South Carolina For Sale

Supports the execution of the Companys investment platform by performing financial analysis of investment opportunities, preparing appropriate documents to facilitate the underwriting and closing of real estate transactions, interfacing with brokers, equity partners, institutional clients, and the Companys investment leadership, and tracking and reporting on the status of multifamily transactions. Analysts are responsible for ongoing analytical support, including the preparation of investment committee memorandums, financial modeling, and detailed market research. Greystar offers a competitive salary and benefits package. EOE Successful candidates will have up to 3 years of applicable finance/real estate experience with a strong quantitative skillset. This position interfaces heavily with Greystar executives, so applicants must have dynamic verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. All candidates must be able to handle large volumes of work with flexibility to excel across multiple focus areas. Prior banking/financial analysis/accounting is required with a preference towards those with a demonstrated interest in real estate. Big 4 experience is a plus.
