We are an online personal finance resource publisher and marketing company that assists prospective home mortgage borrowers in notifying providers of mortgage loans of their interest in obtaining a mortgage loan. In our efforts to obtain mortgage brokerage licenses on a company level, some states, including South Carolina require that we employ at least one individual who is physically located within the state. For a monthly compensation, the right individual should have the following:
1. Currently holds an active South Carolina mortgage license originator license
2. Current with required NMLS continuing education requirements for South Carolina
