Supports the execution of the Companys investment platform by performing financial analysis of investment opportunities, preparing appropriate documents to facilitate the underwriting and closing of real estate transactions, interfacing with brokers, equity partners and institutional clients Provides reports and analysis to the Companys investment leadership Tracks and reports on the status of multifamily transactions within the Southeast Documenting and streamlining processes Assist in various Ad Hoc projects as assigned by upper management This position interfaces heavily with executives, so applicants must have dynamic verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities BACKGROUND PROFILE Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of applicable finance/real estate experience with a strong quantitative skillset Prior banking/financial analysis/accounting is required with a preference towards those with a demonstrated interest in real estate. Big 4 experience is a plus. Demonstrated interest in real estate Strong quantitative background with financial modeling experience (modeling test required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle large volume of work across multiple focuses; good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines Enthusiastic and proactive with respect to managing workload and professional development
