MGC Real Estate is seeking a Closing Paralegal and a Pre/Post Closing Specialist for its Real Estate practice in its Charleston, SC office. Candidates for the Closing Paralegal must have 2-5 years legal experience in real estate. Candidates for the Pre/Post Closing Specialist position must have 1-3 years legal experience in real estate and must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Both candidates must have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program and/or Bachelor’s Degree are required. Must be proficient in SoftPro and other title insurance software.
